Ability to rename Tour and Rehearsal or how it shows up on the calendar. Examples: "Set Up and Break Down" or "Guest Arrival and Guest Departure" or [TOUR] and [REHEARSAL]

Add multiple tours
Would like to schedule more than one tour. Clients come back for a second tour or meeting. It would also be nice to track tastings.

Ability to add notes to tours

Ability to have more additional details mentioned on Tour & Rehearsal dates
Often, we have pre-function events that will be an hour before an event that will take a space and we need to know that. It would be nice to have the BEO show the pre-function event details.
