Feature Requests

I would like the ability to set F&B minimums for individual spaces within the Perfect Venue platform. This would allow us to have more flexibility in managing different spaces with varying requirements.

Ability to group Menu Items into packages to allow for the mixing of different 'menu sections' and 'sales categories' for clean reporting. For example, a 'menu item rental fee' can be combined with a 'menu item food & beverage' to form one package, this package can then be applied using Express Book. Currently, these menu items need to be applied separately which causes confusion, slows down the booking process, and allows for errors to take place during the express booking flow.

I want the ability to book specific time slots for events, such as 10 to 1, 2 to 5, and 6 to 9, rather than just having buffer times and minimum booking times.

Ability to have Automated Email Reminders to guests be triggered by status changes, ex. moving event to Lost triggers email with its own template. Moving event to Confirmed sends email with next steps.

I think it would be cool to have an option to send to the same person 2 or 3 different proposals so they (and us) could compare the cost with different set ups, or a different menu, a different room or different date. Instead of having to create 2 or 3 different events with the same client with different email chains... if you know what I mean.

Needs Logic for who to assign as the Event Owner based on Venue, Event Type, Guest Count, Randomization, etc

Please add Event Date, Event Type, amd custom fields, to the Zapier Inegration

The same way we can create group level emails and tasks, it would be great to have this function for Menus, Notes, etc.

For companies NOT using Perfect Venue for payment, it would be terrific to have a simple built-in credit card authorization form for the event customers to complete online which enables the company to charge the customer's credit card. ie; Name, CC # & Details, Signature
