Needs Logic for who to assign as the Event Owner based on Venue, Event Type, Guest Count, Randomization, etc

For example: -If we don't hear from a guest for 4 days, we want to be able to automatically send an email to see if they are still interested.

When a client signs their contract and is awaiting a countersignature in order for the event to be 'Confirmed' as opposed to being left in 'Proposal Sent', it would be nice to have a little red dot (or something similar to the inbox when messages are unread) so that if we happen to miss the email notification, it is right there flagging us to countersign. Right now you cannot look at anything in proposal sent and see this until you click into that specific client/proposal. Similarly, if that's not feasible, it would be cool to have a triggered automation that assigns a task to someone so they see there's an action item to complete right away. We feel countersignatures are very high priority to complete quickly so that the remaining steps in our booking process can run smoothly.

Automatically change status from confirmed to completed after the date has passed. If it was cancelled it is easier to manually go back and cancel one event

It would be EXTREMELY helpful to add "Confirmed Date" to the drop down in the Automated Tasks and Email creators. Most of our tasks are for Confirmed events and many happen soon after confirmation - we would have to calculated the "Days Before Event" separately for each event because if an event is only Created, we will not need/want to do those tasks.

It would be helpful if Perfect Venue offered an automated text reminder feature for upcoming events. Similar to reservation or calendar reminders, this would send clients a quick text confirming their event details as the date approaches. This would streamline communication and provide an extra layer of service without manual follow-ups.

We would like to delay the contact form response slightly so it doesn't feel so robotic and the guest feels it's more personal

Re-assign an event to a new owner - In Tripleseat if you assign a new owner, it asks if you also want to re-assign all the tasks.
