For example: -If we don't hear from a guest for 4 days, we want to be able to automatically send an email to see if they are still interested.

Re-assign an event to a new owner - In Tripleseat if you assign a new owner, it asks if you also want to re-assign all the tasks.

Automatically change status from confirmed to completed after the date has passed. If it was cancelled it is easier to manually go back and cancel one event

Neither email, from Perfect Venue nor from Bounty Hunter, is ideal. One thing that may help is if the Perfect Venue email makes it into the host's inbox; maybe start the subject line with “Bounty Hunter…” Event or Review requested. If they see the name of the venue where they just had the event, they will be more likely to open the email and leave a review. Right now, the venue name is at the end of the subject line and may not be seen in their preview window.

Ability to have automated emails tied to spaces as well as statuses

Our venues could benefit from automated alerts when leads have been stagnant(7+ days). This would help to ensure they are capturing all possible revenue and help with overall pipeline cleanliness. This could be extremely useful for owners or event managers who are not directly involved in the day to day booking process for oversight. A couple of ways to possibly achieve this would be: direct notification within sales pipeline include a list of stagnant leads in weekly digest

Expanding on the new ability to have multiple policies it would be helpful to be able to have an option to assign the automated reminders based on policy assigned to an event!

I would like to see the AI integration expanded beyond just emails to other aspects of the platform, such as analyzing customer profiles and suggesting best pathways for progress.
