Have a general inbox for team messages like there is for emails

Would love to see lots of changes to the functionality of the the Inbox would love to see the date/time stamp on the right side reflect the last communication, not just the last outgoing email would love a "draft" flag to avoid missed sends the ability to filter and sort by criteria (space, date, event name, etc.) would be great

When an employee adds a message, can you send an alert via text message? Example. We need 20 more tables and chairs added to an event. It sends a text to the team and notifies them a message has been entered, or even better, it texts the message to the team.

SMS integration would be great! We have a hard time sometimes due to the fact that some customers don't check their email that often.

Woody's would like to reply to a team message directly in the notification email received with the message.

It would be great if the client can have access to their full message history with the venue in the client portal.

On the client side proposal screen have the ability for them to scroll through the messages that have been exchanged.

Hard to type a longer message, just scrolls past the visible screen, can't hit enter or organize appropriately. Would be nice to have the option to tag a specific person in messages. I'm just testing out using it now, so I don't know if the rest of the team gets notified that I wrote messages today.
