We need to be able to send back the proposal(Contract) with our signature as well.

Please create an action for proposals that is "Sign and Pay", not only "Sign and Pay Deposit". Sometimes deposit is paid but I need clients to sign their proposal and pay final payment.

I think it would be cool to have an option to send to the same person 2 or 3 different proposals so they (and us) could compare the cost with different set ups, or a different menu, a different room or different date. Instead of having to create 2 or 3 different events with the same client with different email chains... if you know what I mean.

Currently you can only enter in whole number quantities, we would like to be able to enter in partial quantities.

The ability to attach multiple policies per one proposal

One thing we love about the system we switched from is the look of the BEO. It is so clean and visually appealing. It very easy for staff to follow because of the boxes and each menu type is in it's own box. I like how the category is listed just one time as a header instead of repeating on each line. Having line-item discounts has been an amazing improvement, and I’d love to extend this by showing a “Total Discount” value in the totals area. This would let both me and the client clearly see how much of a discount is being applied across the entire quote/invoice. I still want a "master discount" option not sure how this would look but the idea Is there. Because not everyone will want to expose the total discount to the client, this should be optional, controlled by a simple on/off toggle in the settings (e.g., “Show total discount on client view / PDFs”).
