We have different fees for different types of orders/events, so the service charge changes. The staff has no way to know what the percentage is to enter it correctly in the POS. I shouldn't have to write it on each BEO, like the other use said, it should be a no brainer.

This should be a no brainer. When printing out for staff to rebuild the order in POS, percentage should be kicked out to the side of the line item description.
