Response to inquiry time stamp report

Hello, I would like to be able to pull a report that tells me how quickly we get back to new inquiries. For some context, one of our measurables linked to success is getting bac to inquiries within 2 hours of when it was made. Instead of going through everyone of the inquires and seeing when we get back to them, I would like to be able to pull a report that tells me the time frame of how long it took us to write and email back to them.

Email Response time is a big KPI for sales - why are we not able to see that on the report. Or to see client response rate to determine lead strength on reports?

Display average response time

Display average response time for the initial email (after the auto reply).
Notes
-Don’t count events created manually
-Compare responsiveness to the previous 7 days
-Don’t differentiate between week days and weekends
-Max out value to 7 days (so it doesn’t get to skewed, potentially)
-Count in hours, then days if >24 hrs
