Any updates/changes on PV should be mirrored on opentable including room changes, time changes, guest count changes. The reservations should be automatically assigned to the correct private dining room.

Would like the ability to have reservations immediately block off space in Perfect Venue should table reservations become too many to accept private dining.

Be able to block off spaces in OpenTable when an event is Confirmed in Perfect Venue.
