It would be helpful to see if another user has started an email to an event. Even if it is something as simple as "Person is responding"

We have multiple team members that answer questions so the ability to know if someone else has also started to draft a message even if we can't see what exactly they are typing can allow us to check in with them and confirm they are sending something so we don't send multiple responses.
