There needs to be notifications that an email that has been drafted has not been sent, is still sending, etc. This is having a MAJOR impact on our business. I have never, once, been told I lack communication, but since using PV, I've have numerous complaints. there are times I need to switch out of an event I'm drafting an email in to answer a question or call and by the time I'm done with the call, I forget I'm drafting an email. This needs to be rectified IMMEDIATELY or you will be losing a customer.

Hi! Wanting to bump this post as well. Has there been any traction on adding this as a feature? There's been multiple requests since 2022.
A 'Draft' flag is an absolute must and a very basic standard feature for almost every inbox/email platform.
It is incredibly inconvenient to have no way of easily identifying that a client response is stuck in draft stage. If I forgot to hit send, I'm waiting on a colleague for an answer and want to hold on the response, or there was a connection error or a tech issue, etc., I have no way of seeing that the message didn't reach a client unless I individually open every single event thread, and many times we can only catch that a few days later.
Especially during peak seasons, it is unreasonable that the only work-around is a manual check when there are hundreds of events to manage.

Just wanted to bump this post! - it would be amazing to have an easy check and balance on what emails are in draft stage in Perfect Venue! We view and reply to emails within PV, not in our Gmail window, so just an easy way to see what drafts are lingering. Thank you!

Can you explain more what you mean? We do have draft emails. If you start writing an email and don't click send, it stays in draft mode.

Abby Howell there is no folder or indicator to show that you have a draft in progress. Attached is a screen shot of google email as an example.

Abby Howell Hi Abby, has there been any progress on labelling unsent emails as "drafts"? Agreeing with everyone on this thread that it is a crucial feature to have for any "inbox" service.

It would be great to have some indicator of a draft message in the inbox and within an event. I have found that I often have to move away from a message thread while drafting and with 3 locations it's hard to remember where I left off.

When drafting a message, if it remains unsent, a way to see it hasn't been sent! I have numerous emails that I've drafted but for whatever reason haven't hit send and they are just hanging out!
