Automatically update the per hour or per person menu count when changing event details

For per hour menu items, when the time of the event is changed, update the per hour menu items on the proposal to reflect
For per person menu items, when the guest count is changed, update the per person menu items on the proposal to reflect new guest count
If it can't be automated, have a notification or alert: it would be great if maybe it turns a different color or a pop up appears or something that we have to acknowledge and/or approve of the difference in rate and time.
