When you click on the paperclip attachment when sending an email, it would be great if in addition to being able to upload documents from your computer, you could also select from client facing documents for that specific event (Event Summary, Invoice, and Guest Menu)

It would be nice to be able to eliminate the entire step of "having to download, save pdf and attaching" and just being able to attach the document already created by PV.

Ability to attach files from event uploaded files directly into email, rather than uploading from computer files. Including automated files such as event beo/ Invoice and uploaded scanned receipts.

We should be able to add the event documents (invoice, BEO etc.) directly onto the email chain without having to download them to our computer first. Occasionally the guest needs an invoice, not just the proposal to send out to their people etc. Would be nice to be able to attach them with ease

Currently when I want to send an event invoice to the client, I have to save it to my computer and then attach it. Is there a way to make the invoice automatically save to the event so it is on the drop down menu when I click on the attachment button.

In addition, if I do an add on charge - like a tip for an instructor - when I complete the payment, it doesn't give me the check-box option to email a copy of the charge to the client. Can that be an option for all payments made?

After a guest chooses their selection, sending an email template that links to their invoice by using the "personalize" smart fields would be helpful
