Ability to have the contact form populate different fields

for example: if someone selects a wedding in the "event type" drop down, it populates certain fields on the contact form for them to submit. Different fields would populate based on different event types.

Conditional questions would be a great addition. So when a guest selects their room they want, specific questions for that room pop up.
