Why:
Sometimes you just want to be in the driver’s seat! 🚗
Previously, when a guest paid their deposit and refreshed the proposal, the action button would automatically change to
“Pay Remaining Balance.”
Or maybe you sent a proposal just for the guest to sign ✍️
, but when they refreshed, it jumped straight to “Pay Deposit 💳.”
Not ideal — and sometimes costly! 💸What’s New:
You now have more control with the new
“Automatically Advance Proposal Action”
setting. ⚙️When this setting is toggled off, the action button will
not automatically update
after the guest completes the action you sent them. Instead, it’ll chill at “No Action 😎”
until you decide what happens next.How to Use:
- Head to Settings > Proposal ⚙️
- Toggle “Automatically Advance Proposal Action”off if you’d rather take the wheel 🕹️ (this will automatically apply to all current & future events in your system)
- When you’re ready for guests to move forward, just update the action 🚀
