Add Descriptions to Contact Form

Would be nice to have a place to put a description for the contact form to help with further instructions. Ex. Under start and end time be able to put (this should include set up and tear down time)

QRS code for the event inquiry form

a QRS code that can link guests to the event inquiry form on the website.

Google marketing tracking

We'd like to be able to attach an additional code to our embedded contact form for google marketing tracking

Ability to change the color of the "send request" button on the contact form
