Be able to make changes within the invoice such as adding addresses etc.

A simple floor plan generator within PV that is suited towards restaurants.

One thing we love about the system we switched from is the look of the BEO. It is so clean and visually appealing. It very easy for staff to follow because of the boxes and each menu type is in it's own box. I like how the category is listed just one time as a header instead of repeating on each line. I am attaching a sample :)

Wants to be able to create custom documents in additional to the BEO's such as Staff Sheet, Expo Sheet, etc. that are more specific

Ability to send host a final BEO with a space for their signature to approve event details

We'd like to be able to see a BEO that just has the food, no information about rentals or additional services as it's not necessary for the kitchen staff

We need to be able to send back the proposal(Contract) with our signature as well.

We need the ability to manage multi-day events with separate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for each day or session. This would allow us to better organize and execute events that span multiple days, with different setups and requirements for each day.
