You now have more control on what status changes Perfect Venue makes for you. Go to
Settings > Group Settings
and find the Automation Settings
card. Each automation has its own toggle, and your choices apply to every venue
in your group.- Auto-cancel tentative events.Tentative events are canceled once their event date passes. This setting used to live in each venue's settings. It has moved here, and your current setting came with it.
- Move Confirmed events to Balance Due.One day after the event, a Confirmed event moves to Balance Due if the proposal still has a balance owed.
- Move Confirmed events to Completed.One day after the event, a Confirmed event moves to Completed if the proposal is paid in full.
- Auto-confirm on signature or payment.An event moves to Confirmed once the proposal is signed or a payment is made. This is on by default, since it's how most venues work. Turn it off if you'd rather manually confirm events yourself.
Nothing changes until you change it. The two after-event automations start toggled off, so turn them on if you want them.
Also new: once an event is marked Lost, the guest can no longer sign or pay on its proposal. You no longer need to manually move the proposal action button to "No Action"!
